of David A Broadbent.
A consultant engineer, David joined Horwich
Art Society in 1999. He is a completely self-taught amateur
artist with no formal training. Using watercolour, pen and ink,
David’s work concentrates on landscapes,
buildings and fauna, and encompasses hand made greeting cards
and bookmarks as well as paintings. David enjoys the friendly
and welcoming atmosphere generated at Society meetings, which he
says gave him great confidence when starting out. |
