MOTORBIKES

This pages is dedicated to my interests in motorbikes. My current bike is a Honda Fireblade CBR954 RR2 MY 954 BLOG HERE

I would normally consider myself an "All Weather" biker, but the purchase of the FireBlade has changed that somewhat. I would no longer consider going out for a long ride in freezing cold icy or snowy weather - mainly due to the ferocious power delivery of this new bike. It's a bit of an animal! In the past, I've ridden in some crazy weather on pretty powerful bikes, but I've never had anything quite like a 954. It is actually LIGHTER than my CBR600 and has an extra 50 BHP!

I bought this in November 2010 after travelling 350 miles to Alness in Scotland. It's an 18,000 mile 2002 954 in great condition. I actually swapped it for my wife's old car which was valued at £2k. The Fireblade owner was looking for £3300 but agreed to do a straight swap for my car.

The bike has a Scorpion exhaust, Sato Rear Sets, Sprinter Steering Damper, R&G Crash Bungs, Ignitor Alarm, TomTom SatNav and a rear Seat Cowl. The back end has also been lowered slightly courtesy of Lust Racing.
